 2. PER SECTION 94-219(D)(9)(A) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ALL PROPERTIES SHALL
 BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS IN ARTICLE XIV, CONCURRENTLY WITH EXTERIOR
 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS EXCEEDING $10,000.00.AS THE
 PROPOSED EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS EXCEED $10,000.00, A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE
 LANDSCAPE PROVISIONS SET OUT IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDRS, SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 A. PLEASE PROVIDE A DATA TABLE STATING THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED LANDSCAPE.
 B. PROVIDE TREE PLANTING PLAN DETAILS MEETING THE
 CITY?S ZLDRS.PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DIAGRAM FOR
 REFERENCE.
 C. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-219(D)(9)(B), ALL EXISTING
 SURFACE PARKING LOTS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH A 36-INCH
 HIGH PERIMETER HEDGE AND SHADE TREES AT EVERY THIRD
 PARKING SPACE.SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS.
 D. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(A) OF THE ZLDRS, THE
 OWNER OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO A RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT SHALL INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ALONG THE
 ENTIRE PROPERTY LINE A LANDSCAPE BUFFER.LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH AT
 MATURITY.AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
 E. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B), THE OWNER OF THE
 PROPERTY SHALL INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 STRIP ALONG THE ENTIRE EDGE OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO
 A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE AND OTHER NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICTS. THE BUFFER STRIP SHALL BE AT LEAST FIVE (5)
 FEET WIDE.AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
 THE BUFFER STRIP MAY NOT BE INTERRUPTED BY MORE THAN
 25% OF ITS REQUIRED LENGTH TO PROVIDE FOR SIGNS OR
 VEHICULAR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
 F. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(2), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES AND
 RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS BY A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF
 AT LEAST FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH.
 G. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE CATEGORIZED
 AS ?TYPE D.?LABEL THE TYPE OF CURB WHEREVER
 APPLICABLE.
 H. PLEASE CONTACT THE PLANNER REVIEWER TO DISCUSS
 LANDSCAPE OPTIONS.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-221(D)(10) OF THE ZLDRS, FLAT ROOFS
 SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A PARAPET NO LESS THAN 42 INCHES
 IN HEIGHT.
  
 4. (REPEAT COMMENT) IDENTIFY/LABEL OBJECTS ON TOP OF
 THE ROOF ON SHEET A-3.0.
 A. THERE ARE 3 OBJECTS PROJECTING OVER THE ROOF THAT
 ARE NOT IDENTIFIED.SHEET D-2.0 REFERS TO 2 OBJECTS
 IDENTIFIED AS ?LIGHTS TO BE REUSED.?IF THESE LIGHTS
 ARE 2 OF THE 3 OBJECTS SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED
 ELEVATIONS, THAN THEY SHOULD BE LABELED AS SUCH.IF
 NOT, PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THE OBJECTS ARE AND HOW THE
 LIGHTS WILL BE REUSED.THE THIRD OBJECT IS AT THE WEST
 CORNER OF THE ROOF ON THE NORTH ELEVATION.
 B. IF THE OBJECTS ARE LIGHTING FIXTURES, PROVIDE A
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHOWING LIGHTING DETAILS.PLEASE NOTE
 THAT GLARE MAY NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLE AT OR BEYOND
 THE EAST BOUNDARY, AND 1 FOOT CANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE
 NORTH AND WEST BOUNDARIES.
  
 5. THERE SHALL BE 12 INCHES BETWEEN THE DOUBLE STRIPING
 OF THE PARKING STALLS.PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED
 DIAGRAM FOR REFERENCE.
  
 6. (REPEAT COMMENT) WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM
 THE CURB TO THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP.THE DETAILS
 PROVIDED IN SHEET C-1 SHOWS 2 FEET FROM THE CURB TO THE
 FRONT OF THE WHEEL STOP.
  
 7. HANDICAP SYMBOL SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE OPEN END OF
 THE PARKING SPACE, AND SHALL BE 3 FEET OR 5 FEET IN
 HEIGHT.
