 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-221(E)(1) OF THE

 SHALL NOT EXCEED 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT BY 60 PERCENT OF
 THE WIDTH OF EACH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 B. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-221(E)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, A SIGN BAND
 LOCATED ON THE REAR OF THE BUILDING AND FACING A
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE AND
 ONE HALF (1.5) FEET IN VERTICAL DISTANCE BY 30 PERCENT
 OF THE WIDTH OF THE FA?ADE.
 C. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE ELEVATIONS THAT ALL SIGNS
 WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 5. EXISTING CURB CUT ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 BE SHOWN ON BOTH COPIES OF SITE PLAN.
  
 6. PROVIDE CLEAR GLAZING CALCULATIONS, EXISTING VS.
 PROPOSED, BETWEEN TWO (2) AND EIGHT (8) FEET ABOVE THE
 GROUND ALONG ALL FRONTAGE LINES.
 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERCENTAGE OF CLEAR GLAZING MAY
 NOT BE REDUCED FROM WHAT EXISTS.
  
 7. PER SECTION 94-221(D)(7)(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AWNINGS AT THE SIDEWALK LEVEL

 10. IDENTIFY/LABEL OBJECTS ON TOP OF THE ROOF ON SHEET

 11. PLEASE PROVIDE THE INTENT OF PROVIDING "EIFS SCORED
 8"" EACH WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BUILDING.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(G) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS AND
 PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE USED AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE
 SAFE AND EFFICIENT TRAFFIC OPERATIONS WITHIN ALL
 PARKING AND LOADING AREAS.AN ?ENTRY ONLY? SIGN SHALL
 BE PLACED ON THE ENTRANCE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(G) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE DELINEATED BY FOUR INCH WHITE
 DOUBLE STRIPED LINES.
  
 14. PURSUANT TO FIGURE XIV-2 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE TWO (2)
 FEET FROM THE END OF THE CURB TO THE BACK OF THE WHEEL
 STOP.
  
 15. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(B) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ONLY ONE WHEEL STOP
 MAY BE USED FOR ONE PARKING STALL.SECOND WHEEL STOP
 ON THE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE REMOVED.
  
 16. EXISTING TREE STUMPS SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED
 BY TREES.
  
 17. MISSING HEDGES ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, AT
 THE EAST END, SHALL BE REPLACED.
