 PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS FOR CODE
 COMPLIANCE AND RESUBMIT FOR REVIEW.
  
 1} THE #2 CU GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR WHILE NOT A
 VIOLATION, MUST BE INSTALLED IF IT IS ON THE PLAN. THE
 REQUIRED SIZE IS #4 CU PER 250.66.
  
 2} PLEASE INDICATE THE CONDUCTOR SIZE FROM THE METER TO
 THE DISCONNECT. PER 310.15 (B)(6), OR 310.16.
  
 3} 230.70 GENERAL.
 MEANS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO DISCONNECT ALL CONDUCTORS IN
 A BUILDING OR OTHER STRUCTURE FROM THE SERVICE-ENTRANCE
 CONDUCTORS. THE PANEL IS LISTED AS MAIN LUG ONLY. IF IT
 DOES NOT HAVE A MAIN BREAKER THEN A DISCONNECT MUST BE
 INSTALLED AFTER THE METER.
  
 4} PER 110.9 AND 110.10: OBTAIN THE
 AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT AT THE UTILITY
 AND CALCULATE THE SAME AT THE EQUIPMENT.
 INDICATE THE AIC RATING FOR THE
 EQUIPMENT IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN
 THE AVAILABLE FAULT.
  
 5} ALSO VERIFY FROM FPL THAT THE SERVICE IS 3 PHASE
 120/208 VOLT. THAT AREA IS ONLY KNOWN TO HAVE SINGLE
 PHASE 120/240 VOLT TRANSFORMERS. THE VOLTAGE RATING OF
 THE PANEL ON THE PLAN IS NOT RATED FOR A 120/240
 VOLTAGE.
  
 6} THE AIR HANDLER OVERCURRENT PROTECTION, CIRCUIT
 #20,22, IS NOT COMPLIANT PER 424.3(B) NEC.-
 BRANCH-CIRCUIT SIZING FIXED ELECTRIC SPACE HEATING
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED CONTINUOUS LOAD.(125%)
 10000/240=41.66X125%=52 AMPS= 60 AMP BREAKER(240.4) AND
 #6 CONDUCTORS (310.16).
  
 7} PLEASE INDICATE THE CODE THE PLAN WAS DESIGNED AND
 APPLICATION WAS MADE UNDER. 2004 FBC AND 2005 NEC.
  
 8} RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH 210.52(A) (2),
 SEE MASTER BEDROOM WALL BETWEEN ENTRY AND THE
 BATHROOM.
  
 9} SMOKE ALARMS MUST BE INSTALLED TO COMPLY WITH R313.1
 RESIDENTIAL FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THIS IS IN ALL
 BEDROOMS.
