 1. REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION
 PLANS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV.
 A. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE A DATA TABLE COMPARING
 THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING REQUIRED PER THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS VS. WHAT IS PROPOSED.
 B. PROVIDE A LIST OF ALL PROPOSED LANDSCAPE MATERIALS,
 TO INCLUDE SPECIES, HEIGHT AND SPREAD DIMENSIONS, AND
 QUANTITIES.
 C. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446(2), ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS,
 EXCLUDING REESTABLISHED NATIVE NONINVASIVE PLANT AREAS,
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM.AN IRRIGATION PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS PART
 OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
 D. A FICUS HEDGE IS BEING PROPOSED OVER THE PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY.PLEASE REVISE.
  
 2. LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH SITE PLAN.
 A. ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN, GRAVEL PARKING IS BEING
 PROPOSED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE NEW RAISED DECK.
 HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, CYPRESS MULCH
 IS BEING PROPOSED AT THIS SAME LOCATION.PLEASE
 REVISE.
 B. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-485(E), ALL PARKING
 AND LOADING SPACES, ACCESS DRIVES, AND MANEUVERING
 LANES SHALL BE PAVED WITH A NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS SPECIFIED BY THE CITY.
 NEITHER GRAVEL, RIVER ROCK, OR MULCH MAY BE USED FOR
 PARKING.
 C. CONCRETE PATIO AREA IS NOT DEFINED IN THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(E), AT ANY ROAD
 INTERSECTION, VISIBILITY SHALL NOT BE OBSCURED BY THE
 CONSTRUCTION, PLACEMENT, OR MAINTENANCE OF A STRUCTURE
 WALL, SIGN, FENCE, BERM, PLANT MATERIAL, SHRUBS, OR ANY
 SIMILAR ITEM BETWEEN 18 INCHES OR 8 FEET IN HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON ALL PLANS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(B)(1), ALL OPEN SPACE,
 EXCLUDING VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES
 AND SURFACE PARKING, SHALL BE COVERED WITH GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY, OR OTHER SUITABLE PLANT
 MATERIAL.PROVIDE DETAILS OF WHAT THE CYPRESS MULCH
 AREAS ARE GOING TO BE USED FOR.IF THIS IS TO BE OPEN
 SPACE OR YARD, THEN MULCH MAY NOT BE USED.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PROPOSED WALLS AND FENCES SHALL
 BE APPROVED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
