 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) IT APPEARS THAT THE GARAGE WAS WAS CONVERTED TO A
 BEDROOM WITHOUT PERMITS OR INSPECTIONS. THE CITY HAS NO
 RECORDS OF A PERMIT TO ENCLOSE THE GARAGE INTO A
 BEDROOM AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. THERE WAS A PERMIT TO
 ADD A BATH AND STORAGE TO THE GARAGE.
  
 3)THE CHANGE FROM A GARAGE TO ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE
 REQUIRES A REVIEW BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO SEE IF ANY
 IMPACT FEES ARE OWED.
 IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE EXISTING LIVING SPACE OF THE HOUSE AND
 THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE THAT WILL BE ADDED BY
 CONVERTING THE GARAGE. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S RECORDS
 SHOW 1166 SQFT UNDER AIR AND 264 SQFT FINISHED GARAGE.
  
 5) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE ENCLOSED GARAGE
 PER CHAPTER 13 OF THE FBC.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED WINDLOAD PRESSURES FOR THE NEW
 WINDOWS.
  
 7) THE NEW FENCE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 8) PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ELECTRIC AND
 PLUMBING.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R404.1.6 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISHED
 GRADE.
 CONCRETE AND MASONRY FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL EXTEND
 ABOVE THE FINISHED GRADE ADJACENT TO THE FOUNDATION AT
 ALL POINTS A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES (102 MM) WHERE MASONRY
 VENEER IS USED AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 ELSEWHERE.
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 704 INSPECTION FOR
 TERMITES.
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE
 INFESTATION, CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS
 AND FINAL EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM).
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.PAINT OR DECORATIVE CEMENTITIOUS FINISH LESS
 THAN 5 / 8 INCH (17.1 MM) THICK ADHERED DIRECTLY TO THE
 MASONRY FOUNDATION SIDEWALL.
 2.ACCESS OR VEHICLE RAMPS WHICH RISE TO THE
 INTERIOR FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION FOR THE WIDTH OF SUCH
 RAMPS ONLY.
 3.A 4-INCH (102 MM) INSPECTION SPACE ABOVE PATIO
 AND GARAGE SLABS AND ENTRY AREAS.
 4.IF THE PATIO HAS BEEN SOIL TREATED FOR TERMITES,
 THE FINISH ELEVATION MAY MATCH THE BUILDING INTERIOR
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS ON MASONRY CONSTRUCTION ONLY.
 5.MASONRY VENEERS.
  
 11) ASTM C 926 REQUIRES STUCCO APPLIED VERTICALLY TO A
 METAL PLASTER BASE TO BE 7/8 INCH THICK. SEE R703.6.1
  
 12) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED ON THE NEW
 WOOD FRAME WALL TO RESIST LATERAL WIND LOADS.
  
 13) SPECIFY THE EMBED DEPTH FOR THE RED HEAD FASTENERS
 SPECIFIED ON SHEET A1 FOR ANCHORING THE NEW WALLS TO
 THE SLAB.
  
 14) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE FOR THE NEW
 WINDOW, GLASS BLOCK AND STORM PANELS.
  
 15)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 16)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
