 BE "SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT" MATERIALS AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION 1210.2.

 ROOF DRAINS AND 3 8"X24" OVERFLOW SCUPPERS. SHT P2.2
 ROOF LEADER RISER SHOWS A 8"X16" PRIMARY SCUPPER AND
 8"X16" OVERFLOW SCUPPERS. PLEASE CORRELATE ROOF
 DRAINAGE INFORMATION. TABLE 1106.3 & SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 3. SHT A4.2 SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 A. 11-4.18.4 FLUSH CONTROLS
 B. 11-4.19.5 FAUCETS
  
 4. SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR THE EMPLOYEE ROOM SINK. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.24 AND ALL SUBSECTIONS.
  
 5. SHTS P1.1 & P2.2 ITEM 10. ALL INDIRECT WASTE SHALL
 BE DRAINED TO EITHER A FLOOR SINK OR A HUB DRAIN. A
 FLOOR DRAIN IS NOT AN APPROVED INDIRECT WASTE RECEPTOR.
 SECTIONS 802.3 & 802.3.2.
  
 6. SHT P2.1 DETAIL #3 WATER HEATER DETAIL. DIELECTRIC
 UNIION ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE IN THE WATER SYSTEM.
 DIELECTRIC COUPLINGS ARE APPROVED. PLEASE CHANGE
 REFERENCE.
  
 7. SHT P2.1 DETAIL 1 AND SHT P2.2 DOMESTIC WATER RISER
 DIAGRAM. THE WATER HAMMER ARRESTORS SHALL BE LOCATED
 NEAR THE FIXTURES, IN AN "EFFECTIVE RANGE", NOT IN THE
 CEILING AS SHOWN. PDI-WH 201 AND MANUF. INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 8. ALL PLUMBING SHEETS. THE SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER
 SIGNING & SEALING THE DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED. IT APPEARS
 THAT INITIALS ARE USED. IF INDEED THIS IS THE LEGAL
 SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER OF RECORD, THEN A SIGNED,
 SEALED, NOTORIZED LETTER INDICATING THE LEGAL SIGNATURE
 WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR OUR FILES. FAC 61G15-23.002(2)
 AND FS 471.025.
  
 9. AN RPZV BACKFLOW IS REQUIRED ON THE WATER SERVICE TO
 THE BUILDING. THIS SHALL BE AS CLOSE TO THE METER AS
 POSSIBLE AND ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. PLEASE INDICATE ON
 THE PLANS. SECTION 608.13.2.
