 SEC. 11-4.26 AND FIG, 19A AND 19B. THEY SHALL EXTEND AT
 LEAST 12 INCHES BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND 12 INCHES PLUS
 THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER.
  
 7)FBC. 11-4.13.6MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCE AT
