 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304 (B) (2) THE REQUIRED
 CORNER SETBACK FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE (ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY) IS 12.5 FEET. THE
 PROPOSED SETBACK LOCATION, AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY, IS
 APPROXIMATELY 4 FEET FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
 THEREFORE, THE PROPOSED SHED MUST MEET THE ABOVE
 STANDARD BEFORE IT WILL BE APPROVED.
  
 NOTE: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304 (B) (1) THE TOTAL
 FLOOR AREA OF ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A
 PROPERTY SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR
 AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA
 OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET. SINCE AN ACCESSORY SHED (LABELED
 METAL SHED ON SURVEY) ALREADY EXISTS ON THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY, THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE EXISTING SHED WILL
 BE ADDED TO THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED SHED AND
 TOGETHER MAY NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET.
