 1) ITEM NUMBER 2 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW REQUIRES
 EXTERIOR WALLS TO SEPARATED BY A MINIMUM OF 6 FEET
 UNLESS WALLS HAVE A ONE HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE RATING.
 THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURES ON ADJACENT LOTS AS WELL AS
 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT.THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURE
 APPEARS TO BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE SIDE
 APPEARS TO BE LESS THAN SIX FEET FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE.THEREFORE, A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE DISTANCE TO
 ANY STRUCTURES LOCATED ON ADJACENT LOTS IS REQUIRED FOR
 THESE WALLS OR THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE ONE HOUR
 FIRE RATED AS REQUIRED BY R302.1.
  
 2) ITEM NUMBER 5 ON THE PREVOIUS REVIEW REQUIRED THE
 MEAN ROOF HEIGHT SPECIFIED ON THE TRUSS LAYOUT TO BE
 CORRECTED FROM 15 FEET TO THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR A
 TWO STORY STRUCTURE. THE CORRECTION WAS DONE WITH
 WHITEOUT WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED ON SIGNED AND SEALED
 DRAWINGS. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE TRUSS LAYOUT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE MADE BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER AND INITIALED
 AND DATED BY HIM. THE SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS LAYOUT
 AND TRUSS DRAWINGS CAN BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIELD
 INSPECTOR PRIOR TO TRUSS INSPECTION.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR THE ROOFING
 MATERIAL FOR THE BALCONY REQUESTED IN THE PREVIOUS
 REVIEW FOR ITEM #18 IS INCORRECT. THE GAF SYSTEM
 SUBMITTED IS FOR INSTALLATION OVER A CONCRETE DECK AND
 ON SHEET 5 A PLYWOOD DECK IS SPECIFIED AT THE BALCONY.
 PLEASE CORRECT. THE FL PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED IS FOR THE 2001 CODE VERSION. THE CURRENT
 CODE VERSION IS THE 2004 FBC.
  
 4) ADDRESS ZONNING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS.
