 DIMENSION OF 5 FEET 3.5 INCHES.
  
 2.SURVEY MUST SHOW SIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF
 EXISTING BUILDING TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-72 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SIDE SETBACK IS 15
 FEET TOTAL.
  
 4.LOCATION OF A/C UNITS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE
 PLAN WITH SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4), MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A
 SETBACK.REQUIRED REAR SETBACK IS 10.19 FEET.
