 1) THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS
 EXPIRED AND WILL NEED TO BE RERECORDED. WORK MUST
 COMMENCE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE DATE THE NOC IS
 RECORDED. SEE FS 713.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOW
 IN THE NEW WALL OF EXISTING BATHROOM #2 SPECIFIED ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN ON 3.1. THE ELEVATION ON 5.1 SHOWS A
 CASEMENT WINDOW AT THIS LOCATION.
  
 4) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE CORNER FIXED GLASS WINDOWS AT
 THE FAMILY ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. SPECIFY THE GLASS
 SIZES AND HOW THEY ARE CONNECTED IN THE CORNERS.
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ASSEMBLY. IF THESE
 ARE BUTT GLASS WINDOWS SITE SPECIFIC ENGINEERING WILL
 BE REQUIRED. IF NOT SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 5) THE SPIRAL STAIRS SERVING AS THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 FROM THE ROOM ABOVE THE GARAGE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH R311.5.8.1 SPIRAL STAIRWAYS. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
 SPIRAL STAIRWAYS ARE PERMITTED, PROVIDED THE MINIMUM
 WIDTH SHALL BE 26 INCHES (660 MM) WITH EACH TREAD
 HAVING A 7-1/2 INCHES (190 MM) MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH AT
 12 INCHES FROM THE NARROWER EDGE. ALL TREADS SHALL BE
 IDENTICAL, AND THE RISE SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 9-1/2
 INCHES (241 MM). A MINIMUM HEADROOM OF 6 FEET 6 INCHES
 (1982 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED. REVISE DETAIL ON 3.1 TO
 SPECIFY 7-1/2 " TREAD WIDTH AT 12 ". SHOP DRAWINGS WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL BEFORE
 INSTALLATION.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R309.2 SEPARATION REQUIRED. THE
 GARAGE SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE RESIDENCE AND ITS
 ATTIC AREA BY NOT LESS THAN 1/2 -INCH (12.7 MM) GYPSUM
 BOARD APPLIED TO THE GARAGE SIDE. GARAGES BENEATH
 HABITABLE ROOMS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM ALL HABITABLE
 ROOMS ABOVE BY NOT LESS THAN 5 / 8 -INCH (15.9 MM) TYPE
 X GYPSUM BOARD OR EQUIVALENT. WHERE THE SEPARATION IS A
 FLOOR-CEILING ASSEMBLY, THE STRUCTURE SUPPORTING THE
 SEPARATION SHALL ALSO BE PROTECTED BY NOT LESS THAN 1/2
 -INCH (12.7 MM) GYPSUM BOARD OR EQUIVALENT. SPECIFY
 TYPE X GYPSUM BOARD AT THE GARAGE CEILING ON SECTION 1
 ON 5.1.
  
 7) THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON 5.1 SPECIFIES TITEN SCREWS
 FOR NUMBER 4 , THE SIMPSON HGT-2 CONNECTOR. THE SIMPSON
 CATALOG REQUIRES THIS CONNECTOR TO BE ATTACHED TO THE
 CONCRETE BEAM WITH WITH TWO 3/4" DIA. THREADED ROD
 EPOXIED INTO BEAM WITH MINIMUM 12" EMBEDMENT.

 COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
