 COLUMN?.ALSO, THERE IS NOT TIE BEAM BELOW GIRDER
 TRUSS. PROVIDE CORRECT DETAIL.SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TOVERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 2- OWES $1.66 FOR RADON FEES.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:ALLSIMPSON OR USP STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED ON ENGINEER PLANS. (REPEAT COMMENT).
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS NOT AN APPROVEDPRODUCT

 SPECIFY WHICH SPECIFIC PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE REVIEWED.
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO USETHE STANDARD REVIEW AND
 APPROVED STAMP ON EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL OR PROVIDE
 LETTER WHICH IDENTIFIES EACH SPECIFIC PRODUCT APPROVAL
 OR NOA NUMBER REVIEWED.
  
 5- TRUSS DRAWINGS: ALL ENGINEERING DETAILS, LETTERS,
 ETC.NEED TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED AND HAVE ALL THE
 ENGINEER'S INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471
 FLORIDA STATUTES AND SEC. 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 6- NEW ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE SUBMITTED:
 A) PROVIDE CURRENT UPDATED FORM 600A-2004R. SEE
 MECHANICAL PLAN REVIEWER COMMENTS.
