2007-06-19 09:12:221. THE PROPOSED FENCE TREATMENT DOES NOT COMPLETELY
 SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING CODE.
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO
 THE FENCING.
  
 2. IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO DESIGN A
 COMBINATION GENERATOR/DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. PRESENTLY,
 CODE ENFORCEMENT IS ISSUING CITATIONS FOR UNSCREENED
 DUMPSTERS THROUGHT THE CITY. THIS REPRESENTS A GOOD
 OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE CODE
 ENFORCEMENT COMES THROUGH YOUR AREA.
  
 3. AFTER ADDITIONAL RESEARCH INTO THE HISTORY OF THE
 BUILDING, AND THE REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF
 CONSTRUCTION IN THE LATE 1960S, THE PARKING REQUIREMENT
 IS NOW REDUCED TO 6 SPACES. THIS SHOULD ALLOW YOU SOME
 EXTRA ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE THE DUMPSTER AND GENERATOR
 ENCLOSURE AND LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. I HAVE ATTACHED COPIES OF THE CITY'S STANDARD
 STRIPING DETAIL AS WELL AS THE REQUIREMENT FOR DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURES FOR YOUR INFORMATION.
