 ** THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL CASES OF PERMIT APPLCATIONS
 BEING SUBMITTED FOR WORK BY OTHER THAN THE CONTRACTOR
 FOR RECORD WITHOUT KNWOLEDGE OF CONTRACTOR. THIS AHJ
 CURRENTLY HAS NUMEROUS SUCH CASES WITH THE CLB, ECLB.
  
 2) NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE ALL PLANS REFLECT THE LATEST
 ADOPTED CODES PER THE STATE OF FLORIDA. PLEASE SEE THE
 FOLLOWING WHICH ARE CURRENTLY ADOPTED AS OF DECEMBER
 8TH, 2006.

 REFERENCE OLDER CODES FROM PREVIOUS CODES, THESE SHOULD
 BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE SITE PLANS WHICH MENTIONS THE
 GENERATOR IS LOCATED 5FT FROM PROPERTY LINE, HOWEVER
 BASED ON THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED, THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
 PLEASE SCALE AND SHOW ALL SET BACKS AND LOCATIONS OF
 ANY ADJACENT BUILDINGS LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY NEXT TO
 THIS PROPERTY.
 PLEASE SEE ZONING COMMENTS ALSO.
  
 4) NOTE: PLEASE SEE MANUFACTURES SPECS/CUT SHEETS WHICH
 REFLECT A 300AMP BREAKER FEEDING UNITS, WHERE PLANS
 INDICATE A 350AMP BREAKER AT THIS SAME LOCATION FOR THE
 GENERATOR? PLEASE CORRELATE AND ADJUST AS NEEDED. FBC
 106.1.2, 106.3.5.1.2 ADMIN SECTION FOR ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION.
  
 4) NOTE: PLEASE SEE RISER SHOWS TAPPED CONDUCTORS FROM
 A J-BOX TO EACH ATS DEVICE. PLEASE SEE 240.21 AS TAPS
 ARE REQUIRED TO TERMINATE IN OVER CURRENT PROTECTION.
 PLEASE ALSO SEE THE NEXT COMMENT.
  
 5) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 702.11 AS A DISCONNECTING MEANS PER
 225.31-225.39 WILL BE REQUIRED AS THE BREAKER ON THE
 GENERATOR MAY NOT BE USED AS PER ZONING COMMENTS THIS
 MAY REQUIRE A WALL/FENCING ETC WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW
 READY ACCESS AND IF THE BREAKER ON THE GENERATOR IS NOT
 WITHIN SIGHT (50FT) READILY ACCESSIBLE, (NOT LOCKED)
 ETC THEN DISCONNECTING MEANS IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SEE
 NOTE ABOVE AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE TAPS FROM THE
 GENERATOR J-BOX WHICH REQUIRES THE CONDUCTORS TO
 TERMINATE IN OCP.
 PLEASE SEE DISCONNECTS FROM THE GEN BEFORE ATS MAY BE
 ONE SOLUTION OR ATS FOR ENTIRE SERVICE WHICH WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE SE RATED AND DISCONNECTING MEANS FOR
 FEEDERS FROM GEN.
 THESE ARE IN NO WAY THE ONLY SCENARIO.
  
 6) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE SIGNATURE ON THE SLAB
 ENGINEERING PLANS IS ALSO NOT ORIGINAL AND IS A COLOR
 PHOTO-COPY FROM THE ENGINEER WITH A RAISED SEAL. PLEASE
 SEE THAT THIS SAME COMMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY THIS OFFICE
 ON SEVERAL OTHER SETS OF PLANS SUBMITTED WHICH IS
 PROHIBITED UNDER FAC 61G15-23.002 AND FS 471.025.
 PLEASE KNOW THAT THESE WILL BE RETAINED AND PLACED WITH
 PREVIOUS RETAINED PLANS AND FORWARDED TO THE FLORIDA
