 1. SHALL APPLY FOR A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED
 FENCE WITH EASEMENT APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH UTILITY DEPT.
 2. SHALL PROVIDE THE DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED LANI AND
 CANBANA COVERED PORCH ON TWO COPIES OF
 SITEPLANS/SURVEYS.
 3. THE REF. IN THE POOL CABANA SHALL BE AN U/C REF. NO
 COOKING FACILITY SHALL BE ALLOWED AND CABANA SHALL NOT
 BE USED AS A SEPARATE LIVING SPACE.
 4. CANNOT HAVE A SEPARATE ELECTRICAL SERVICE AT
 LOCATION, SHALL BE FED FROM THE MAIN STRUCTURE, ZONED
 SF7.
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE UNITY OF TITLE FOR THE
 PROPERTY (UNIFYING THE PROPERTY AS ONE) AND REFERECE
 THE DEMO PERMIT FOR THE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY.
 6. THE PROPOSED POOL EQUIPMENT AND GENERATOR SHALL
 SHOWN ON THE TWO COPIES OF SITEPLANS.
 7. THE PROPOSED POOL QUIPMENT. A/C UNIT AND GENERATOR
 SHALL BE NO CLSOER THAN 11.7FT FROM THE REAR PROPERTY
 LINE.
 8. THE SUBMITTED SITEPLANS DOES NOT SHOW THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT AND GENERATOR.
 9. THE PROPOSED CABANA INCLUDING ROOF COVERED PORCH
 CANNOT EXCEED THE 1000SQ FT TOTAL. SEC 94-304(B)(1)
 MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE. THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF ALL
 ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 75% OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY
 STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR OF 1,000 SQ FEET. THE
 PROPOSED CABANA WILL EXCEED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF TOTAL
