 1. PROVIDE A CURRENT SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2. HANDICAP AND STANDARD PARKING DETAILS DO NOT MATCH
 THE PARKING SPACES ON THE SITE PLAN.
 A. PARKING STALL DETAILS SHALL BE DELINEATED AT THE
 SAME DIMENSIONS, ANGLE AND DIRECTION AS THEY ARE SHOWN
 ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3. PARKING ANGLE SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4. HANDICAP SYMBOL SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE OPEN END OF
 THE PARKING SPACE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(B) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE
 2 FEET FROM THE CURB TO THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP.
  
 6. HANDICAP AND REGULAR PARKING STALLS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 A. HANDICAP PARKING SPACE, AND REGULAR PARKING SPACES
 IN FRONT OF THE EXISTING STORAGE ROOM SHALL HAVE A
 STALL DEPTH OF 19 FEET 10 INCHES IF PARKING SPACES ARE
 AT A 60 DEGREE ANGLE.
 B. ALL REGULAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE DELINEATED BY 4
 INCH WHITE DOUBLE STRIPED LINES.
  
 7. PLANTERS ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING SHALL
 BE DELINEATED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 8. PROVIDE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PLANTERS.PLEASE NOTE
 THAT IF PLANTERS ARE TO BE REMOVED, THE SAME AMOUNT OF
 LANDSCAPE SQUARE FOOTAGE SHALL BE RELOCATED ELSEWHERE
 ON SITE.
  
 9. IF IT DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST, A SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE TERMINAL ISLAND NEXT TO
 THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE.
  
 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY REVISION TO THE LANDSCAPE, TO
 INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF THE TREE REQUIRES A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN CREATED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
