 01.THE 2003 EDITION OF NFPA 101, LIFE SAFETY CODE,
 SHALL BE REFERENCED.
  
 02.STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 03.COMBUSTIBLE WASTE MATERIALS, DUST, AND DEBRIS
 SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT
 OR MORE FREQUENTLY AS NECESSARY FOR SAFE OPERATION.
  
 04.THE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AND/OR THE STOCKING OF
 NEW BUILDING MATERIALS & SUPPLIES SHALL NOT INTERFERE
 OR HINDER WITH ACCESS TO OR EXIT FROM THE STRUCTURE, OR
 THE VICINITY OF THE STRUCTURE (INCLUDING FIRE LANES).
  
 05.DISPLAY THE NUMERICAL ADDRESS ON THE APPROPIATE
 EXTERIOR ELEVATION FRONTING NORTHWOOD ROAD.AS PER
 WEST PALM BEACH CODE, NUMERALS SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 6"
 IN HEIGHT AND 1" IN WIDTH.
  
 06.INDICATE THE OCCUPANCY TYPE FOR THIS STRUCTURE.
 I.E. BUSINESS, MERCANTILE, ASSEMBLY, ETC.
  
 07.AS BASED UPON THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, AN
 EXIT SIGN LIGHT (WITH BATTERY BACK-UP CAPABILITY) THAT
 IS READILY VISIBLE FROM ANY DIRECTION MAY BE REQUIRED.
 THE REQUIREMENT OF AN EXIT SHALL NOT APPLY TO EXISTING
 BUILDINGS, PROVIDED THAT THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 DOES NOT CHANGE.
  
 08.ARE THERE ANY FIRE SPRINKLER AND/OR FIRE ALARM
 SYSTEM FOR THIS STRUCTURE?IF SO, HOW WILL THEY BE
 AFFECTED BY THE SCOPE OF WORK?
  
 09.INDICATE LOCATION OF THE 2A:10BC FIRE
 EXTINGUISHER(S) WHICH SATISFIES THE 75' TRAVEL DISTANCE
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 10.INDICATE THE INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION FOR
 WALL AND CEILINGS IN THE EXITS, EXIT ACCESS CORRIDORS,
 AND IN ALL OTHER AREAS.
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS WHEN RESUBMITTING,
 INCLUDE A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW/WHERE EACH
