 1)EXISTING COMPUTER ROOM/ BEDROOM MUST COMPLY WITH
 R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE REQUIRED. BASEMENTS
 WITH HABITABLE SPACE AND EVERY SLEEPING ROOM SHALL HAVE
 AT LEAST ONE OPENABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
 OPENING.
 IF COMPUTER ROOM IS NOT USED AS A SLEEPING ROOM, THIS
 MUST BE SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS.
  
 2)ROOF SHEATHING IS REQUIRED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R803.2.3.1 OF 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING SHALL
 BE FASTENED TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT
 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT
 INTERMEDIATE FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS
 SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130
 MPH OR GREATER DESIGNWIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 FIGURE R803.2.3.1. PLEASE REVISE NOTES ON A2.
  
 3)SPECIFY THE REQUIRED DESIGN LOADS FOR THE TRUSS TOP
 AND BOTTOM CORDS ON THE PLANS. FBC 106.1.2
  
 4) SUBMIT A DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS .
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE DOUBLE OUTSWING FRONT
 DOORS DO NOT HAVE GLAZING IN THE DOORS. THE PLANS SHOW
 DOORS WITH GLAZING. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE OPENING PRESSURES FOR THE NEW DOOR TO
 THE LAUNDRY/STORAGE ROOM ON THE PLANS.
  
 8) INDICATE WHICH ONE OF THE APPROVED SYSTEMS FROM THE
 FIRESTONE MODIFIED ROOF SYSTEM NOA WILL BE INSTALLED.
 PLEASE CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE ONE. ALSO CIRCLE THE
 FASTENING OPTION AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE
 SELECTED SYSTEM. SUBMIT RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ENHANCED FASTENING REQUIREMENTS AT PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS, WHICH IS ALLOWED BY LIMITATION #7.
  
 9) SUBMIT A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
 SPECIFING THE OPENINGS THAT WILL BE SHUTTERED. SPECIFY
 THE FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING, THE OPENING SIZES, THE
 SPANS, EDGE DISTANCE, THE CONNECTION TYPE, PRESSURE,
 ETC.
  
 10)SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY 2OO4 FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
