 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF
 A DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE

 5)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R403.1.4 MINIMUM DEPTH. ALL

 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM). EXCEPTIONS:
 1.PAINT OR DECORATIVE CEMENTITIOUS FINISH LESS

 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE

 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE

 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF ASTM
 C 926.ASTM C 926 REQUIRES STUCCO TO BE 7/8" THICK
 WHEN APPLIED VERTICALLY OVER A METAL PLASTER BASE.
  
 13) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS FOR THE ROOF RAFTERS TO THE
 EXTERIOR FRAME WALLS AND BEAM. SEE R301.1 FOR CONTINOUS
 LOAD PATH.
  
 14)ON SHEET 1 THE BUILDING HEIGHT LESS THAN 60 FEET
 STATEMENT REFERS TO THE SBC. PLEASE CORRECT TO FBC.
  
 15) THE FOUNDATION PLAN ON SHEET 2 SPECIFIES SECTIONS
 A, B AND C ON 3. THESE SECTIONS ARE LOCATED ON SHEET 4.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 16)THE DOOR NOTE ON THE FOUNDATION HAS AN ARROW
 POINTING TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE ANCHOR BOLT
 LOCATIONS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 17) THE WHITE OUT ON SEVERAL OF THE SHEETS IS NOT
 ALLOWED ON SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS. SEE FS 471.025.
  
 18)CHECK THE WIND PRESSURES FOR THE OPENING ON SHEET
 1. THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE DESIGN OPENING PRESSURES
 APPEAR TO BE REVERSED. THE NEGATIVE PRESSURES SHOULD BE
 HIGHER THAN THE POSITIVE ONES. THE NEGATIVE PRESSURE
 FOR THE WINDOW OPENINGS IN WALL ZONE 4 IS MORE THAN
 SPECIFIED. SEE TABLE R301.2(2).
  
 19) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE ON
 THE WRONG FORMS.THE REQUIRED FORM IS 600C-04 R FOR
 SOUTH CLIMATE ZONES 7, 8 AND 9. THE FORMS ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE SIGNED BY THE PREPARER AND THE OWNER/AGENT.
  
 20)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS

 WINDOW IS MISSING THE FIRST PAGE OF THE DRAWINGS WHICH
 SPECIFIES THE DESIGN PRESSURES. THE STATE WEBSITE LISTS
 NOA # 05-0729.03 FOR THIS WINDOW. THE FL# IS 6585.
 SUBMIT COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 24) R301.2.1.2 INTERNAL PRESSURE.
 WINDOWS IN BUILDINGS LOCATED IN WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 REGIONS SHALL HAVE GLAZED OPENINGS PROTECTED FROM
 WIND-BORNE DEBRIS OR THE BUILDING SHALL BE DESIGNED AS
 A PARTIALLY ENCLOSED BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING . SUBMIT PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE OPENINGS
 THAT WILL BE SHUTTERED, THE FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING,
 THE CONNECTION TYPES, EDGE DISTANCE, ETC.
  
 25) PROVIDE THE FIRM LICENSE NUMBER OF THE
 ARCHITECTURAL/DESIGN FIRM LISTED IN THE TITLE BLOCK OF
 THE PLANS AS REQUIRED BY STATE STATUTES FS 471 AND
 481.
