 NEW ADDITION IN RELATION TO THE PROPERTY LINES IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 5) SUBMIT A DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 R401.3 DRAINAGE .
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION SO AS
 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO
 DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE
 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R308.3 HUMAN IMPACT LOADS.
 INDIVIDUAL GLAZED AREAS INCLUDING GLASS MIRRORS IN
 HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS SUCH AS THOSE INDICATED AS DEFINED
 IN SECTION R308.4 SHALL PASS THE TEST REQUIREMENTS OF
 CPSC 16 CFR, PART 1201. GLAZING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 CPSC 16 CFR, PART 1201 CRITERIA FOR CATEGORY I OR
 CATEGORY II AS INDICATED IN TABLE R308.3 .
 R308.4 HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS.
 THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE CONSIDERED SPECIFIC HAZARDOUS
 LOCATIONS FOR THE PURPOSES OF GLAZING :
 5. GLAZING IN DOORS AND ENCLOSURES FOR HOT TUBS,
 WHIRLPOOLS, SAUNAS, STEAM ROOMS, BATHTUBS AND SHOWERS.
 GLAZING IN ANY PART OF A BUILDING WALL ENCLOSING THESE
 COMPARTMENTS WHERE THE BOTTOM EXPOSED EDGE OF THE
 GLAZING IS LESS THAN 60 INCHES (1524 MM) MEASURED
 VERTICALLY ABOVE ANY STANDING OR WALKING SURFACE.
  
 7)SPECIFY THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENERS AND FASTENER
 SPACING FOR ROOF ZONES 1, 2 AND 3. SEE R803.2.3.1.
  
 8)SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 9) R802.10.1 TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS.
 TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS, PREPARED IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 SECTION R802.10.1 , SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SUBMIT TWO
 SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUTS THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 10)THE ELEVATION OF THE TOP OF THE NEW ENTRY IS NOT
 INDICATED ON THE ELEVATION PLANS.
  
 11)SPECIFY THE TRUSS CONNECTORS FOR THE NEW TRUSSES
 TO THE EXISTING TIE BEAM AT THE REAR ADDITION.
  
 12)THE UPLIFT VALUES FOR THE SIMPSON HETAL 20 (1810#)
 AND THE USP TAPL 12 (1385 #) ARE INCORRECT IN THE
 SCHEDULE ON A6. THE USP HC10 IS NOT LISTED IN THE
 CATALOG. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE AN RT16 CONNECTOR?
 PLEASE REVIEW AND UPDATE THE SCHEDULE.
  
 13)SPECIFY THE STEEL THICKNESS FOR THE STEEL COLUMN
 CAP . CLARIFY THE HEIGHT DIMENSION AND HOLE SPACING,
 WHICH ARE ILLEGIBLE ON THE DETAIL ON A8.
  
 14) THE WINDSPEED SPECIFIED IN THE BUCK DETAIL ON A8 IS
 INCORRECT. WEST PALM BEACH IS LOCATED IN A 140 MPH WIND
 ZONE.
