 1) THE EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FOR THE CITY UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT IS TO BE SIGNED AS APPROVED BY THE UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR THE PERMIT.
  
 2) CLARIFY - IS GATE ONLY FOR ENTRANCE TO THE SITE?OR
 IS GATE PLANNED TO ALLOW EXIT TRAFFIC?
  
 3) THE GATE IS LOCATED WITHIN A PARKING SPACE - THIS
 PARKING SPACE MAY NO LONGER BE COUNTED TOWARD MEETING
 THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS.PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF
 UNITS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACES PROVIDED (THIS SHALL MATCH THE SITE PLAN
 APPROVED FOR THE ORIGINAL PERMIT).
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 HAS BEEN REMOVED.THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS TO BE
 REPLACED AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME DIMENSION FROM THE
 GATE TO THE STREET - SOME SHOW 96 FEET, ONE SHOWS 85
 FEET STILL.
  
 6) A CURRENT SURVEY, SHOWING ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND
 EASEMENTS, IS REQUIRED.NONE OF THE PLANS SHOW THE
 COVERED PARKING SPACES IN RELATION TO THE NEW GATE.
  
 7) THE DIMENSION SHOWN ON THE GATE/FENCE ELEVATION IS
 LONGER THAN THE GATE/FENCE SHOWN ON ANY OF THE PLANS.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE ELEVATION SHOWS THE FENCE GOING TO
 THE EXISTING FENCE ON THE PROPERTY LINE, WHILE THE
 REMAINDER OF THE DRAWINGS SHOW THE FENCE GOING TO THE
 END OF THE EXISTING PARKING SPACE.
  
 8) PROVIDE A SIGNAGE PLAN TO DESIGNATE HOW THE PUBLIC
 WILL KNOW NOT TO TURN IN THE GATED DRIVEWAY.
  
 9) A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR THE EXISTING FENCE MAY BE
 REQUIRED - CHECK WITH THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
