 DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION
 IDENTIFICATION SHEETS. THE TITLE BLOCK
 MUST, AT A MINIMUM, CONTAIN THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 (A) FIRM NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE
 NUMBER.
 (B) FIRM LICENSE NUMBER.
 (C) NAME OR IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT.
 (D) DATE PREPARED.
 (E) A SPACE FOR THE SIGNATURE AND DATED
 SEAL.
 (F) A SPACE FOR THE PRINTED NAME OF THE
 PERSON SEALING THE DOCUMENT.
 NOTE: LETTERS (B), AND (F) ARE NOT INDICATED ON THE
 TITLE BLOCK.

 INTERIOR DESIGNER'S SEAL:
 EACH ARCHITECT AND INTERIOR DESIGNER
 SHALL ACQUIRE A SEAL WITH WHICH HE OR
 SHE SHALL IDENTIFY ALL PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS OR REPORTS PREPARED OR
 ISSUED BY HIM OR HER AND FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD. THE SEAL SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE WHICH WILL MAKE AN IMPRESSION ON
 THE SURFACE OF PRINTS OR OTHER
 DUPLICATIONS OF DRAWINGS, AND AS
 APPROPRIATE, UPON SPECIFICATION PAGES,
 AND OTHER ARTICLES OF SERVICE.
 NOTE: THE FOLLOWING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED:
 A} THE ARCHITECT SIGNATURE ON THE HAND DRAWN ISOMETRIC
 THE DOES NOT MATCH THE SIGNATURE ON THE ARCHITECT
 SEAL.
 B} THE HAND WRITTEN CHANGES OF THE FIXTURE
 CLARIFICATION IN THE POOL HOUSE NEW BATH DO NOT HAVE
 THE ARCHITECT OF RECORDS SIGNATURE OR THE DATE IT WAS
 CHANGED.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND
 TWO-FAMILY) PLANS DO NOT NEED TO DESIGNED, SIGNED,
 SEALED AND DATED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER) THEY CAN BE DONE BY THE OWNER BUILDER.
