 3)THE EMERGENCY EGRESS WINDOWS SHALL REFER TO
 SECTION R310 OF THE 2004 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE OR
 THE 2004 FBC. NOT THE 2001 FBC.
  
 4)WPB AMENDMENTS 108.3*THE VALUE IS TO LOW. IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT
 SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHNICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES EXCLUDING LAND.OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS
 ICC (BVD) MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS

 5)R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS. IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE
 CEILING OR ROOF CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE
 FEET AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES OR
 GREATER.
 THE ROUGH-FRAME OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY
 OR OTHER REDAILY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION. A 30-INCH MINIMUM
 UNOBSTRUCTED HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT SOME POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE
 SECTION M 1305.1.3 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED IN ATTICS.

 THOSE PRODUCTS THAT ARE RGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITTING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THE GLASS BLOCKS.
  
 7)M1506.2EXHAUST AIR FROM BATHROOMS AND TIOLET
 ROOMS SHALL NOT BE RECIRCULATED WITHIN A RESIDENCE OR
 TO ANOTHER DWELLING UNIT. MECHANICAL EXHAUST CAPACITY
 FOR BATHROOMS AND TOILET ROOMS SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 50
 CFM INTERMITTENT OR 20 CFM CONTINOUS.
