 AS SUBMITTED, THE SITE PLAN IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN. SPECIFICALLY, THE WIDTH OF THE
 SIDEWALK ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM
 EIGHT FEET TO FIVE FEET. ADDITIONALLY, THE SIDEWALK
 CONFIGURATION SURROUNDING THE IHOP RESTAURANT HAS BEEN
 ALTERED. THESE CHANGES WILL REQUIRE A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT.
  
 PER ORDINANCE NO. 3847-05, A PLAT OF THE PROPERTY MUST
 BE RECORDED. THAT PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE THE
 PERMIT CAN BE APPROVED BY ZONING.
  
 PARKING SPACE STRIPING DETAILS AS SHOWN ON SHEET PV-3
 DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING CODE AS
 FOUND IN SECTION 94-485. NO STRIPING OF ANY PARKING OR
 VEHICULAR CIRCULATION AREAS SHALL TAKE PLACE AS PART OF
 THIS PERMIT.
