 3. ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE 20.5SQ FT OF
 CONCRETE/PAVERS/ASPHALT WITHIN THE FIRST 25FT FRONT
 SETBACK.
 4. NEED TO REDUCE THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AND INCLUDE THE
 EXISTING WALKWAY TO MAKE THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF
