 2) THERE SHALL BE A TOTAL SIDE SETBACK OF AT LEAST 15
 FEET....IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS NOT BEING PROVIDED.
  
 3) PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE GARAGE IN THE SITE PLAN...THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 SEPARATION OF SIX (6) FEET BETWEEN THE NEW PORCH AND
 THE "OLD GARAGE."
