 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 2) SUBMIT THE OLD PLAN SHEETSTHAT HAVE THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE STAMP ON THEM OR HAVE THE NEW PLANS STAMPED

 3) THERE ARE NO SOFFIT VENTS SHOWN ON SHEET A4 FOR THE
 ENCLOSED ATTIC SPACE ABOVE THE NEW LAUNDRY ROOM AS
 REQUIRED BY R806.1. SEE COMMENT #5 OF FIRST REVIEW.
  
 4) TWO COPIES OF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
 THE ENERGY CALCS. ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER/AGENT. SEE FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 5) UNDER STRUCTURAL NOTES ON SHEET A4 SPECIFY ACI
 318-02 AND ACI 315-02 AND NOT THE LATEST EDITION. THE
 LATEST EDITION MAY NOT BE THE ONE THAT IS RECOGNIZED BY
 THE APPLICABLE EDITION OF THE CODE. THESE ARE THE 2002
 EDITIONS WHICH ARE REFERENCED BY THE 2004 EDITION OF
 THE FBC.
  
 6)ON SHEET A4 THE HTMS16 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS
 SHOULD BE HTSM16. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN ON A5 THE CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED AT THE EXISTING CBS WALL ARE LUS28 AND HETAL
 20. SECTION B ON A4 SPECIFIES LUS210 AND HTSM16
 CONNECTORS AT THIS LOCATION. PLEASE COORDINATE.
  
 8) THE UPLIFT SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS AT THE OPEN PORCH
 COLUMNS ARE 4312#, 5096# AND 5440# THESE LOADS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE TRANSFERED TO THE FOUNDATION. THE BC6
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ARE RATED FOR 1050# OF UPLIFT.
 PLEASE CHECK YOUR CALCULATIONS AND SPECIFY ADEQUATE
 CONNECTORS.
  
 9) THE WALL ZONE FIGURE ON A5 IS INCORRECT. THE
 INTERIOR IS ZONE 4, NOT ZONE 5. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) THE TAG FOR THE SECTION THROUGH THE LAUNDRY ROOM
 SPECIFIES THE WRONG PAGE. THE SECTION IS LOCATED ON
 SHEET A4. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 11) THE HETAL 20 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN ON A5 FOR THE PORCH RAFTER TO EXISTING
 STRUCTURE CONNECTION WILL NOT WORK AS THEY ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE EMBEDDED IN THE TIE BEAM. SEE #17 FROM FIRST
 REVIEW.
  
 12) THE H10 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM
 ARE WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTORS. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO
 BE USED FOR EXISTING MASONRY TO TRUSS CONNECTORS AS
 SPECIFIED AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM. SEE COMMENT #18 OF FIRST
 REVIEW.
  
 13) THE DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE FIRESTONE MODIFIED
 ROOFING SYSTEM ASSEMBLY SELECTED ON PAGE 31 FOR THE
 FLAT ROOF IS TOO LOW FOR ROOF ZONES 2 AND 3. GENERAL
 LIMITATION #9 ON PAGE 34 DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ENHANCED
 FASTENING. PLEASE SPECIFY ANOTHER ASSEMBLY. NOTE: IF
 THE NEW ASSEMBLY REQUIRES ENHANCED FASTENING FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 AND 3, SUBMIT RAS117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED
 BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON PAGE 34.
  
 14)SEE RED MARKS ON THE PLANS.
