 2. PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS SHOWED THE A/C UNIT ALONG
 THE NORTH BUILDING FA?ADE; HOWEVER THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWS THE A/C UNIT TO BE LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH
 BUILDING FA?ADE OF THE NEW ADDITION.PROVIDE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS TO THE A/C UNIT.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4), MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A SETBACK.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIX OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, OPEN SPACE MEANS AN OPEN,
 UNENCLOSED AREA CONSISTING OF SETBACKS, LANDSCAPING,
 BUFFERS, VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES,
 AND SURFACE PARKING.LANDSCAPING CALCULATIONS SHALL BE
 REVISED TO INCLUDE THE ACTUAL OPEN SPACE AREA OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(B)(1), ALL OPEN SPACE,
 EXCLUDING VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES
 AND SURFACE PARKING, SHALL BE COVERED WITH GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY, OR OTHER SUITABLE PLANT
 MATERIAL.PROVIDE DETAILS OF WHAT THE MULCH AREA NORTH
 OF THE BUILDING IS GOING TO BE USED FOR.IF THIS IS TO
 BE OPEN SPACE OR YARD, THEN MULCH MAY NOT BE USED.
  
 5. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENTS
 OUTLINED IN SECTION 94-442(G) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
