 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.THE WORK VALUE OF THIS PERMIT ($206,000)
 EXCEEDS THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE PER THE PROPERTY
 APPRAISER?S OFFICE ($79,793).
  
 5. PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, TO INCLUDE THE COMMENTS STATED
 ABOVE.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-442(A),
 LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS DO NOT
 NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
