 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SUBMIT A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT FOR THE IMPACT
 FEES.
  
 3) ON SHEET 1, FOUNDATION NOTE 2 SPECIFIES 18 " DOWELS
 EMBEDDED 4" INTO EXISTING SLAB AND 18 " INTO NEW SLAB.
 THIS WOULD REQUIRE A 22" DOWEL PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS, PREPARED IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 SECTION R802.1.6.1 , SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. TRUSS
 DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 TRUSS ENGINEER AND REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 5) THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING NOTE ON SHEET 2
 SPECIFIES FASTENER SPACING 4" OC AT GABLES. THE 4"
 SPACING IS REQUIRED IN ROOF ZONE 3, WHICH ALSO INCLUDES
 THE OUTSIDE CORNERS OF HIP AND FLAT ROOFS. PLEASE
 REVISE. SEE FBC FIGURE 1609.6.2.2.
  
 6) THE TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET 2 SPECIFIES
 USP RT16A AND RT-16-2 WOOD FRAME TO WOOD TRUSS
 CONNETORS WITH 8D NAILS TO STRUCTURE. THESE ARE
 SPECIFIED AT THE EXISTING CONCRETE/MASONRY WALL. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 7) TWO RT16-2 ARE SPECIFIED TO ANCHOR A GIRDER TRUSS TO
 THE EXISTING CBS STRUCTURE. IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT TWO
 OF THESE CONNECTORS COULD BE INSTALLED AT THIS
 LOCATION. PLEASE REVIEW AND IF THIS IS CORRECT, PROVIDE
 A DETAIL AS TO HOW THEY SHOULD BE INSTALLED.
  
 8) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE HALF-LITE OUTSWING
 DOORS AT THE MASTER BEDROOM AND THE KITCHEN.
  
 9) SUBMIT AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS
 AT THE KITCHEN AND MASTER BEDROOM DOORS. SPECIFY THE
 FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING, THE TYPE OF MOUNT , THE
 CONNECTION TYPE, THE EDGE DISTANCE, THE PANEL SPAN, THE
 DESIGN LOAD, ETC.
  
 NOTE : VALUE OF THE WORK HAS BEEN INCREASED TO $
 162,068 AND RADON FEES ADDED. ADDITIONAL FEES ARE DUE.
