 1. RESPOND TO THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FINAL ORDER FOR CASE NO.
 3172, CONDITION 1. D.:
  
 THE PAINT BOOTH AND MIXING ROOMS SHALL BE LOCATED 140
 FEET FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE AND 37 FEET FROM THE
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVISED SITE
 PLAN SUBMITTED TO THE RECORD APRIL 6, 2006.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE PROPOSED LOCATION AS MEASURED FROM THE
 NORTH PROPERTY LINE TO THE STRUCTURE. CURRENTLY, THE
 DIMENSION IS PROVIDED TO THE ROW NOT THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 4. THE PROPOSED LOCATION FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE
 TO THE STRUCTURE AT 31?-1? DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 CONDITION FROM COMMENT # 2.
  
 5. PERMIT SHALL NOT BE PASSED UNTIL A SEPERATE
 LANDSCAPING PERMIT IS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED. PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441 THE LANDSCAPING, TREE PROTECTION, AND
 SCREENING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO
 ALL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE CITY, EXCEPT THOSE
 DEVELOPMENTS EXEMPTED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS
 SECTION.REFER TO SECTION 94-441 (C)(2)IN THIS CASE
 TO SHOW THAT THE RENOVATIONS, REPAIR, ALTERATION OR
 REDEVELOPMENT DOES NOT EXCEED 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 OF THE STRUCTURE.
