 1) A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT, IS REQUIRED SINCE THERE ARE NEW LANDSCAPE
 AREAS BEING INSTALLED.
  
 2) THE NEW LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY
 LINE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET WIDE TO CONFORM TO
 THE LANDSCAPE CODE.IT SHALL INCLUDE THE TREES AND
 SHRUBS REQUIRED BY CODE.
  
 3) THE SITE DATA TABLE SHOWS THAT THE EXISTING SITE HAS
 90.56% IMPERVIOUS SURFACE (8,060 SQ. FT.).THE PLANS
 SHOW THE ADDITION OF THE SOUTHERN LANDSCAPE BUFFER, YET
 THE SITE DATA TABLE DOES NOT SHOW THIS ACCURATELY.THE
 TABLE SHOWS 8,106 SQ. FT. OF IMPERVIOUS AREA (AN
 INCREASE) AND 90.29% IMPERVIOUS AREA (A DECREASE).
 ADDITIONALLY, THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE SHOWN IN THE DATA
 TABLE DID NOT CHANGE.
  
 4) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE SITE HAVING 8,932.79 SQ. FT.,
 WHILE THE SITE DATA TABLE LISTS 8,900 SQ. FT.THIS
 NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED.
  
 5) THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SCREEN HEDGE FOR THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE ARE REQUIRED (SPECIES, HEIGHT,
 LOCATION AND PLANTING) ON A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED
 FOLLOWING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 94-448(D)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 6) AN IRRIGATION PLAN IS REQUIRED.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET
 FROM THE END OF THE SPACE, THE DOUBLE STRIPES ON THE
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE 12 INCHES APART, AND THE ADA
 LOGO SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE MOUTH OF THE ADA SPACE.
