 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2)SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY FBC
 13-6.
  
 3) SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS DRAWINGS AND LAYOUTS
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD. FBC* 106.1.2.
  
 4) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND LISTING
 INFORMATION FOR THE BBQ ON THE COVERED PORCH. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION INDICATING THAT BBQ CAN BE INSTALLED UNDER
 ROOF. IF HOOD IS REQUIRED SUPPLY SPECS. AND LISTING FOR
 HOOD.
  
 5)BEDROOM WINDOWS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 R310 FOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS. PROVIDE
 CLEAR OPENING SIZES.
  
 6)FBC R403.1.4 REQUIRES ALL EXTERIOR FOOTINGS TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW GRADE.
  
 7)WALL SECTION 2 ON A-3 SHOWS THE SLAB AT THE COVERED
 PORCH DOWELED INTO THE EXISTING FOUNDATION.THIS
 DETAIL WAS NOT FOUND IN THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY AND SPECIFY THE SPACING, BAR SIZE, EMBED DEPTH,
 ETC.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE FASTENING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 1X BUCKS
 TO THE SUBSTRATE. SPECIFY THAT THE WINDOWS AND DOORS
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE FASTENED THROUGH THE 1X BUCKS AND
 INTO THE STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE PER PRODUCT APPROVAL. SEE
 FBCR613.1.1
  
 9) PLEASE CLARIFY THE EXISTING WALL ON D-1 WHERE THE
 BBQ IS LOCATED ON THE PROPOSED COVERED PORCH. A NEW
 STEM WALL FOOTING (F-1)IS SPECIFIED AT THIS LOCATION
 ON SHEET S-3.
  
 10) ON SHEET S-4, NOTE 7INCORRECTLY SPECIFIES A WOOD
 BEAM. THIS IS A CONCRETE BEAM (CB-1).
  
 11)ON SHEET S-4A SIMPSON MTSM 20 IS SPECIFIED AT
 THE EXISTING WOOD BEAM. SEE SECTION 7 ON S-6. THIS IS A
 MASONRY CONNECTOR THAT IS ATTACHED TO MASONRY WITH
 TITAN CONCRETE SCREWS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12)SECTION 3 ON S-6 SHOWS AN EMBED TYPE TRUSS ANCHOR
 AT THE NEW CONCRETE BEAM AT THE COVERED PORCH. SECTION
 1 ON S-6 ALSO SHOWS AN EMBEDDED CONNECTOR. THE
 CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ONS-4 SPECIFIES AN MTSM 20 WHICH
 IS TYPICALLY USED ON EXISTING BEAMS OR WHEN CONNECTOR
 WAS MISSED, AS IT IS SECURED TO THE BEAM WITH CONCRETE
 SCREWS. PLEASE REVIEW SCHEDULE.
  
 13)THE UPLIFT VALUE IN THE SCHEDULE FOR THE SIMPSON
 LU 26 IS INCORRECTLY LISTED AS 830#. THE CATALOG LISTS
 565# FOR THE LU 26 AND 850# FOR THE LU28. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 14)SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WOOD FRONT DOOR.
  
 15)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 16) THE MAXIMUM WIDTH OF THE PGT FIXED WINDOWS IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS 60 ".WINDOW 2 AT THE
 LIVING ROOM IS 76 +/-.
  
 17)PLEASE INDICATE THE WINDOW SIZES, GLASS TYPE, AND
 PRESSURES FOR THE WINDOWS BEING INSTALLED BY CIRCLING
 THE APPROPRIATE ITEMS IN THE TABLES LOCATED IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 18)IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE PLAN REVIEW, PLEASE RETURN
 ONE SET OF OLD PLANS AND A RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING
 THE REVIEW COMMENTS WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS.
