 SOMEONE) WILL BE REQUIRED.IF STORED HORIZONTALLY, A
 FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION AND ADEQUATE FLOOR
 SPACE WILL BE REQUIRED.THE FLOOR PLAN ON A2.0 DOES
 NOT GIVE ANY DIMENSIONS FOR WHAT IS SHOWN AS THE
 HURRICANE SHUTTER STORAGE AREA.
  
 B.HOW WILL THE PANELS BE SECURED TO PREVENT THEFT?
 WHO HAS ACCESS TO THIS AREA?HOW WILL THE OWNER GET
 ACCESS TO THIS AREA, ESPECIALLY AS THIS APPEARS TO BE A
 DIFFERENT TENANT SPACE FROM THE LOCATION WHERE SOME OF
 THE PANELS WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 C.ONLY ONE INDIVIDUAL IS SHOWN AS BEING RESPONSIBLE
 FOR THE SHUTTER INSTALLATION.WHAT WILL OWNER DO IN
 THE EVENT THAT THIS ONE INDIVIDUAL IS UNAVAILABLE
 (VACATION, ILLNESS)?

 REVIEW.ONCE COMPLETE INFORMATION IS ESTABLISHED, THE

 SHUTTER PERMITS.IF REQUESTED, THIS CAN BE PROVIDED AS
 A SEPARATE HURRICANE SHUTTER PERMIT.
  
 8.PREVIOUS LIST INDICATED THAT THE NEW ENTRY DID NOT
 COMPLY WITH FBC11-4.13.6.A 2INCH ELEVATION CHANGE IS
 SHOWN BETWEEN THE EXISTING SIDEWALK AND FINISHED FLOOR.
 A NEW NOTE STATES THAT HEIGHT DIFFERENCE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 1/2INCH.IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW 1/2INCH AT DOORWAY
 AND AGAIN FROM NEW SLAB TO SIDEWALK WILL EQUAL THE
 2INCH DIFFERENCE.ALSO SEE FBC11-4.5.2, ELEVATION
 DIFFERENCE IS TO BE LIMITED TO 1/4INCH.SEE

 OCCUPANTS.IF THIS IS M, GROUND FLOOR REQUIRES 30SF
 PER PERSON, MINIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD BE 46.PLANS
 APPEAR TO BE CODE COMPLIANT FOR OCCUPANT LOAD OF 46 BUT
 PLEASE EITHER CLARIFY OCCUPANT LOAD OF 41 AS STATED ON
 PLAN OR REVISE AND CONFIRM COMPLIANCE (NO RESPONSE
 OTHER THAN REVISION OF OCCUPANT LOAD REQUIRED).
 PLEASE NOTE THAT, HAD THE PLANS BEEN OTHERWISE CODE
 COMPLIANT, THIS ITEM WOULD NOT HAVE PREVENTED PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.

 KNOWLEDGE THE ONLY PROVISION IN THE CODE FOR USE OF
 SHUTTERS IN EGRESS PATH IN EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY IS FOR
 RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY ONLY.SEE ALSO COMMENT 6, YOU
 ARE NOT ONLY BLOCKING THE REQUIRED EXIT BUT ALSO
 BLOCKING WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE ONLY EXIT FOR ONE OF
