 REFERENCE: FBC-2004 FUEL GAS
  
 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR GAS PLAN
 REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE:
  
 1. SUBMIT AN ISOMETRIC DRAWING THAT
 CLEARLY SHOWS ALL CUT SECTIONS OF PIPE
 AND CORRESPONDING LENGTHS PER FBC-2004
 FUEL GAS CODE.
 NOTE:THE SUBMITED DRAWING IS NOT AN ISOMETRIC. IT
 MIGHT INDICATE ALL CUT SECTIONS OF PIPE,YET IT IS
 VERY HARD TO DISTINGUISH ABOVE GROUND AND BELOW GROUND
 PIPING, AND THERE ARE NO CORRESPONDING LENGTHS
 INDICATED ON DRAWING.
  
 2. SHOW TYPE OF PIPING MATERIAL BEING
 INSTALLED, ALL PIPE SIZES, (AND THE EDH
 NUMBER OF CORRUGATED STAINLESS STEEL
 TUBING FOR EACH PIPE SIZE BEING USED.
 NOTE: NOT ALL PIPE SIZES OR MATERIAL ARE INDICATED ON
 DRAWING.
  
 3. BTU LOAD OF EACH APPLIANCE AND THE
 TOTAL BTU LOAD ON THE SYSTEM. REFER TO
 THE FBC-2004 FUEL GAS CODE SECS. 401.8
 THRU 402.6.1 AND TABLES 402.4(1) THRU
 402.4(33).
 NOTE: PLEASE CORRECT THE TOTAL BTU LOAD FROM 144,000 TO
 244,000.
  
 4. SHOW THE DISTANCE FROM THE POINT OF
 DELIVERY, (METER), TO THE MOST REMOTE
 OUTLET IN THE BUILDING AND/OR SYSTEM PER
 FBC-2004 FUEL GAS CODE APPENDIX A - USE
 OF CAPACITY TABLES A.3.1(4).
  
 5. SUBMIT MANUFACTURE SHEETS FOR ALL GAS
 EQUIPMENT TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 STANDARDS NFPA 54, NFPA 58, AND THE
 FBC-2004 FUEL GAS CODE SEC 402.2
 NOTE: PLEASE SUBMIT MANUFACTURER CUT SHEETS OF THE MP
 REGULATORS AND CLEARLY INDICATE THERE LOCATION ON THE
 DRAWING.
  
 6. PER FBC-2004, CHAPTER 1, SECTION
 108.3, BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL
 AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND
 VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE
 THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS ECT.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
 NOTE:THE INDICATED VALUE OF $495.00 SEEMS WAY TO LOW.
 THE INDICATED APPLIANCES (WATER HEATER AND BBQ) ON THE
 DRAWING COST MORE THAN $495.00. PLEASE ADJUST THE VALUE
 ON THE RESUBMITTAL OR AN ACCESSED VALUE WILL BE DONE ON
 THE RESUBMITTAL AND FEES MIGHT NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE A
 PERMIT IS ISSUED.
