 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), OUTDOOR MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE
 SCREENING IS PROVIDED. THE EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURE SHALL
 OPEN TO THE REAR (NORTH SIDE) OF THE STRUCTURE. THE
 CORNER ON THE SOUTH SIDE SHALL BE CUT OUT AND LANDCAPED
 WITH VERTICAL LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS SUCH AS A PALM
 GROUPING WITH UNDERPLANTING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(2), SHADE TREES SHALL
 BE PLANTED AT 30 FOOT INTERVALS IN THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER THAT SEPARATES THE VEHICULAR USE AREA
 FROM ADJACENT RIGHTS-FOF-WAY. AN ADDITIONAL TREE IS
 REQUIRED ALONG THE SOUTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE EAST ACCESS POINT.
  
 3. TREES IN TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE
 CENTERED WITHIN THE ISLAND TO PROVIDE SHADE OVER THE
 PARKING STALL. PLEASE ADD TWO ADDITIONAL SABAL PALMS OR
 A SHADE TREE IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURE. OTHERWISE, THE THREE PALMS
 COULD BE SHIFTED TOWARD THE SOUTH AND AN ADDITIONAL
 PERIMETER SILVER BUTTONWOOD TREE CAN BE ADDED ALONG THE
 NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE. THE SPACING OF THE TREES
 ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER CANNOT EXCEED 30 FEET. THE
 TREES SHALL BE EQUALLY SPACED.
  
 4. THE BLACK OLIVE TREE ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER SHALL
 BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. IT IS NOT A FLORIDA #1 GRADE
 TREE AND IS IN POOR HEALTH.
  
 5, IN KEEPING WITH XERISCAPE GUIDELINES, GROUND COVER
 SHALL BE PLANTED IN THE SMALL AREAS THROUGHOUT THE SITE
 INSTEAD OF SOD. THE PLANTING WILL REQUIRE LESS WATER
 AND MAINTENANCE THAN SOD.
  
 6, THE PROPOSED HEDGE ALONG THE EAST PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE INTERIOR PERIMETER OF
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER WITH GROUND COVER PLANTED ALONG
 THE STREET SIDE.
