 THE SHEETS LISTED ABOVE NOW INDICATE THE USE OF 5/8"
 CDX PLYWOOD FOR SHEATHING ON BEARING WALLS WHEN
 REVIEWING SECTION 603.1 AND TABLE 603 FOR A TYPE II-B
 STRUCTURE THERE CAN BE NO PLYWOOD SHEATHING FOR A II-B
 BUILDING.
 HOWEVER THIS IS THE DESIGN THAT YOU ELECTED TO USE, THE
 MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE BY CODE IS A TYPE V-B FOR A A-2
 OCCUPANCY GROUPWITH AN ALLOWABLE 6000 SQ FT/ SINGLE
 STORY.
  
 IF THIS BUILDING WAS TO BE DECLARED A TYPE V-B BUILDING
 AND TO USE PLYWOOD SUBSHEATHING THEREWOULD STILL BE
 CONCERNS IN AREAS WHERE THE SHEATHING WOULD BE WITHIN
 SIX INCHES OF GRADE. PLEASE REVIEW 2304.11.2.5 FOR WOOD
 SUBSHEATHING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 THE ORIGINAL PLANS WERE ALSO PULLED TO SEE IF THERE HAD
 BEEN REFRENCE MADE TO THE USE OF WOOD SUBSHEATHING OR
 POSSIBLE DENSE-GLASS SINCE THERE IS TO BE AN EFIS
 FINISH SYSTEM. I HADN'T FOUND ANY PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE EFIS WALL SYSTEMS.
 A BUILDING PROVISO # 1 WASISSUED WITH THE ISSUANCE
 OF THE PLANS:
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL REPORT FOR STO CORP.
 THE FLORIDA COVER SHEET INDICATE THE CORRESPONDING
 REPORT TO BE A ES REPORT NOT THE SUBMITTED MIAMI-DADE
 NOA.
 PLEASE INDICATE WHICH SUB-SYSTEM WILL BE USED IN
 CONJUCTION WITH THIS PROJECT. WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN
 30 DAYS OF ISSUANCE.
 TO DATE NO PRODUCT APPROVALS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND
