 LIFTED. ALL SUCH CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS,
 EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE EITHER
 REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR
 SECURED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE
 THE DANGER OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION
