 MATCHING TO THE EXISTING SURVEY & THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION.
 2. PLEASE NOTE IF THE WOOD DECK HAS AN EXISTING ROOF.
 IF DECK HAS ROOF, THE ADDITION MUST BE 6FT FROM
 STRUCTURE (BUILDING SEPARATION).
 3. THE SITEPLANS SHOW THE LOCATION OF A/C UNIT, BUT THE
 SURVEY DOES NOT, PLEASE MARK ON THE TWO COPY OF
 SURVEYS.
 4. PLEASE USE TWO COPIES OF SURVEYS TO SHOW THE
 PROPOSED WORK WITH SETBACKS (LEGAL DOCUMENT).
 5. A SEPERATE PERMIT IS NEEDED FOR THE GENERATOR AND
 CAN ONLY ENCROACH 4FT INTO REQUIRED SETBACK
 (GENERATOR/SLAB MUST BE 9.44FT FROM THE REAR PROPERTY
 LINE.
 6. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE ROOMS THAT THE PROPOSED ADDITION
 WILL HAVE INTERIOR ACCESS. ADDITION MUST HAVE INTERIOR
 ACCESS FROM THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
