 WILL BE DEMOLISHED.
 4. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY MUST MEET THE CURRENT CODE OF
 8.5FT WIDE (YOU WILL NEED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT FOR
 LANDSCAPE WITHIN THE 25FT FRONT SETBACK).
 5. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE A/C UNIT ON TWO
 COPIES OF SURVEYS.
 6. MUST PULL A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR FENCE/GATE WITH
 EASEMENT APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 UTILITY DEPT. IF THE FENCE GATE IS CLOSING ACCESS TO
 THE 5FT U.E. ALL RELEASES WILL BE NEEDED (BELLSOUTH,
 ADELPHIA, FPL, FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES, CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH UTILITY DEPT).
 7. CANNOT BUILD FENCE ETC INTO THE 5FT U.E. IN THE REAR
 OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 NOTE: THE PROPOSED GARAGE CANNOT BE USED FOR LIVING
