 ON PLANS.DADE COUNTY NOA SUBMITTED IS EXPIRED AND THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAS ARE MISSING THE DRAWINGS. NEED
 COMPLETE AND CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL PACKAGE.
 D) ALL SIMPSON CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 E) ROOF SHINGLES.ACCORDING TO DADE COUNTYPRODUCT
 APPROVAL WEBSITE NOA 02-1209.10 SUBMITTED THE FILE IS
 CLOSED. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA.
 F) PRECAST LINTELS. NOA 03-0605.04 SUBMITTED IS FOR
 4", 6" AND 12" LINTELS. NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR 8"
 LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 G) STORM SHUTTERS. NEED COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 H) LAUNDRY EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 3- DESIGNEROF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN
 WRITTING ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 4- STORM SHUTTERS:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVAL PACKAGE.
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE
 ATTACHED CITY SAMPLE OF INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND
 PROVIDE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) CLARIFY WHY THE CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA IN ITEM #5
 IS DIFFERENT ON ITEM #10. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) IF USING CEILING FANS CREDIT, THEN NEED TO
 SPECIFY FAN SIZES IN ALL ROOMS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE
 13-607.1.A.1 OF FBC 2004.
  
 C) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 6- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLANS INDICATING FLOW OF WATER AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.3 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 7- TRUSSES WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION R802.10 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THEM
 BEFORE SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 8- DRAWING #1:
 A) THIS IS NOT "LEVEL 2" ALTERATION. REVISE NOTE AS
 REQUIRED. SEE CHAPTER 3 OF 2004 EXISTING BUILDING FOR
 ALTERATION LEVEL DEFINITIONS.
  
 B) SPECIFY SAFETYGLASS AT EXISTING BATH WINDOW AND
 AT MASTER BATH ROMAN TUB AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R308.4
