 THE COMMENTS BELOW WERE EITHER NOT ADDRESSED UPON
 RESUBMITTAL, OR RESULT FROM MODIFICATIONS THAT WERE
 MADE TO THE ORIGINAL PLANS.
  
 1) AS THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLANS HAVE CHANGED
 SINCE APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 270-06, A MINOR DSI
 AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND APPROVED BY, THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR
 MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THIS MATTER.
  
 2) THE SIGNS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND WILL BE REVIEWED AT THAT TIME.
  
 3) AS A FOLLOW-UP TO PREVIOUS DISCUSSIONS, HAS THERE
 BEEN ANY FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF INSTALLING A PAVER
 ENTRANCEWAY?
  
 4) MANY OF YOUR NOTES ARE REFERENCING DETAILS USING THE
 INCORRECT SHEET #.VERIFY ALL OF YOUR REFERENCES AND
 ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE GATE ON THE PARKING LOT TO
 THE NORTH OF THE EXISTING ALUMINUM BUILDING WILL
 FUNCTION.IT APPEARS THAT IF IT SLIDES OPEN TO THE
 SOUTH, IT WILL IMPEDE WITH THE ADJACENT PARKING AND
 SIDEWALK.
  
 6) ARE YOU NO LONGER PROPOSING A GATE ACROSS THE
 DRIVEWAY, ISOLATING THE STUDENT PARKING ENTRANCE/EXIT
 FROM THE GUEST PARKING AND PARENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP?
 PLEASE CLARIFY AS THIS GATE IS STILL SHOWN ON THE CIVIL
 PLANS.
  
 7) THE GATE AT THE NORTH END OF THE PARENT
 DROP-OFF/PICK-UP LOOP WILL INTERFERE WITH THE PARKING
 DRIVE ISLE TO THE SOUTH IF SLID OPEN TO THE
 SOUTH...HOWEVER, THE DETAIL SHOWS IT SLIDING IN BOTH
 DIRECTIONS FROM THE MIDDLE.
  
 8) THE GATE A SPENCER DRIVE AND THE SOUTHERN ROADWAY
 INTO THE PROPERTY SHALL NOT CROSS THE PROPERTY LINE.
 THE ARROW INDICATES THAT IT WILL BE OPENING FULLY TO
 THE SOUTH...HOWEVER, THE DETAIL SHOWS IT SLIDING IN
 BOTH DIRECTIONS FROM THE MIDDLE.WHICH PERMIT WILL
 THIS WORK BE DONE UNDER?IT IS NOT INDICATED WITH
 EITHER PHASE I, NOR PHASE II.
  
 VERIFY THE CLEARANCE TO OPEN ALL GATES AND ADJUST THE
 SLIDE ARROWS ON THE SITE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 9) IN REGARD TO THE PARKING LOT OT THE SOUTH OF THE
 EXISTING 2-STORY ALUMINUM BUILDING...SHEET A-5 LABELS
 THIS AS NEW ASPHALT, BUT IT IS NOT HATCHED AS SUCH.
  
 10) ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND LANDSCAPE PLANS, THE
 STOP BAR AND STOP SIGN AT THE EXIT TO SPENCER DRIVE
 SHALL BE MOVED BEHIND THE EXISTING SIDEWALK.THE CIVIL
 PLANS SHOW THIS CORRECTLY.
  
 11) THE CIVIL PLANS AND ARCHITECTURAL PLANS SHOW AN
 EXISTING CHAIN-LINK FENCE ALONG SPENCER DRIVE AND
 SEQUOIA DRIVE.THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY AND IS
 NOT ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 12) THE PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN SHOWS THE PARENT DROP-OFF
 AS TWO-WAY TRAFFIC...THIS IS TO BE 2 LANES GOING
 ONE-WAY NORTH.ADJUST PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 13) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE NEW, REVISED
 SITE PLAN.PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT
 AND ACCURATELY REFLECT EACH OTHER.
  
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT FOR THE ADDITION - A
 5-FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 WEST END OF THE PARKING ROW LOCATED SOUTH OF THE
 ADDITION.THIS HAS BEEN REMOVED SINCE THE ORIGINAL
 SUBMITTAL.
