 THIS BE USED IN THE 7 FOOT HIGH A/C ENCLOSURE?THE A/C

 4) THE COLUMNS FOR THE PORTE COCHERE APPEAR TO IMPEDE
 INTO THE SIDEWALK/ACCESSIBLE ROUTE.
  
 5) IN REGARD TO THE PARKING LOT TO THE NORTH OF THE
 EXISTING TWO-STORY ALUMINUM BUILDING... SHEET A-3
 LABELS THIS AS A EXISTING ASPHALT, BUT IS HATCHED AS
 NEW.SHEET A-4 LABELS THIS AS NEW ASPHALT, BUT NOT
 HATCHED AS SUCH.PLEASE CLARIFY AND MAKE CONSISTENT.
 IF THIS IS NEW, THE DRIVE ISLES SHALL CONFORM TO THE
 MINIMUM WIDTH REQUIREMENTS (24 FEET).
  
 6) IN REGARD TO THE PARKING LOT TO THE SOUTH OF THE
 EXISTING TWO-STORY ALUMINUM BUILDING... SHEET A-4
 LABELS THIS AS NEW ASPHALT, BUT IT IS NOT HATCHED AS

 THE EXIT TO SPENCER DRIVE SHALL BE MOVED TO BEHIND THE
 EXISTING SIDEWALK.CIVIL PLANS SHOW THIS CORRECTLY.
  
 8) CIVIL PLANS SHOW AN EXISTING CHAIN-LINK FENCE ALONG
 SPENCER DRIVE AND SEQUOIA DRIVE.THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON
 THE SURVEY OR ARCH. PLANS.
  
 9) PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN SHOWS THE PARENT DROP-OFF AS
 TWO-WAY TRAFFIC...THIS IS TO BE TWO LANES GOING ONE-WAY
 NORTH.
  
 10) THE PARKING STALL DETAILS ON SHEET C10 SHALL
 CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (I.E.
