 OCCUPANT LOAD IS TO BE BASED ON GROSS, NOT NET.AT
 2910/30 (STORES FIRST FLOOR, SEE FBC TABLE 1004),
 OCCUPANT LOAD SHOULD BE 97, NOT 49 AS SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN.ENERGY CALCS AREA IS TO BE OUTSIDE WALL TO
 OUTSIDE WALL, SEE FBC13-202, DEFINITION OF GROSS FLOOR
 AREA.IF BUILDING AREA AND ENERGY CALCS BOTH REQUIRE
 GROSS AREA, THEY SHOULD BE THE SAME. ALSO PLEASE REVISE
