 A. SURVEY SHOWS THE PROPOSED PATIO ON THE SOUTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE; HOWEVER, SITE PLAN
 SHOWS IT ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER.
 B. SURVEY SHOWS THE STRUCTURE TO BE 35 FEET FROM THE
 NORTH PROPERTY LINE; HOWEVER, SITE PLAN SHOWS IT TO BE
 37 FEET FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
 C. SURVEY SHOWS SIDEWALK TO BE 25.5 FEET FROM THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE; HOWEVER, SITE PLAN SHOWS IT AT 29 FEET
 FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
 D. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY THE PROPOSED PATIO EXTENDS
 FURTHER INTO THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY THAN THE
 STRUCTURE; HOWEVER THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE PROPOSED
 PATIO AND STRUCTURE TO BE ALONG THE SAME BUILDING
 LINE.
 E. EASEMENT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2. FLOOR PLAN AND SITE PLAN CONDITIONS DO NOT MATCH.
 A. FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THE PROPOSED TERRACE EXTENDS
 FURTHER INTO THE REAR THAN THE STRUCTURE; HOWEVER THE
 SITE PLAN SHOWS THE PROPOSED PATIO AND STRUCTURE TO BE
 ALONG THE SAME BUILDING LINE.
  
 3. PROVIDE BUILDING HEIGHT DIMENSIONS FROM GRADE TO THE
 MIDPOINT BETWEEN THE RIDGE AND THE EVE OF THE ROOF, AS
 WELL AS TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE ROOF.
  
 4. PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINE TO A/C
 UNIT ON BOTH COPIES OF SURVEY AND SITE PLAN.
