 3) ON LS.1, THE OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS ARE
 INCORRECT. THE OCCUPANCY IS BUSINESS NOT MERCANTILE.
 THE FLOOR AREA FOR OCCUPANT IS 100 GROSS. SEE FBC TABLE
 1004.1.2. PLEASE CORRECT.
 AREA IS 3000 SQFT DIVIDED BY 100 WHICH EQUALS 30
 PERSONS.
  
 4) THE REQUIRED EGRESS WIDTH IS 30 TIMES 0.2EQUALS 6
 INCHES. HOWEVER, FBC 1008.1.1 REQUIRES EGRESS DOORS TO
 HAVE A MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES. SEE NOTATIONS
 ON SHEET LS.1 OF ONE OF THE PLAN SETS.
  
 5)ON SHEETS ET.1 AND D.1 PORTIONS OF THE EXISTING
 WALLS APPEAR TO BE MISSING. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6)SPECIFY THE FIRE RATING OF THE NEW WALLS THAT ARE
 PART OF THE EXISTING FIRE RATED CORRIDOR. INDICATE
 THESE WALLS ON THE PLANS. PROVIDE WALL SECTIONS AND
 ASSEMBLY NUMBERS.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED FIRE RATING OF THE TWO NEW
 EGRESS DOORS IN THE FIRE RATED CORRIDOR. PROVIDE ID
 TAGS FOR THE DOORS THAT WILL TIE THEM TO THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE ON SHEET A.4.
