 JOBSITE MEETING (LAST
 WEEK OF DEC) REVEALED THE WEST EXIST STAIRS
 TO HAVE SEVERAL CODE VIOLATIONS:
 (1) THE EXIT DOOR TO THE STAIRWAY SWUNG INTO THE
 STAIRWELL, OCCUPANT LOAD > 50.
 (2) THERE APPEARED TO BE A KITHEN EXHAUST DUCK
 CUT INTO THE EXIT.
 (3) THERE ALSO WAS A VESTIBULE AREA DIRECTLY
 BEHIND THE STAIRWELL THE
 EXHAUST DUCK DUMPED INTO, THERE IS ANOTHER
 EXIT DOOR NOT DETERMINED
 WHERE IS AN EXIT FROM
 (4 THE STAIRWELL WAS NOT TRUELY FIRE RATED. (5)
 THERE WAS WINDOWS ON THE PROPERTY LINE. (6) AT
 THE TOP OF THE STAIRWAY NO DOOR OR ENCLOSURE.
 (7) IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS PLUMBING 6"OR 8" AT
 THE TOP OF THE LANDING
 (8) ALSO STAIRS TO THE MEZZANINE LEVEL ALSO HAD
 ISSUES WITH
 ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS RUNNING THROUGH THE
 STAIRWELL.
 (9) THERE ALSO APPEARS TO BE HEIGTH PROBLEMS,
 MINIMUM HEADROOM
 (10) NO EXIT LIGTS OR DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
  
 3C()2) THE STAIRWELL TO THE EAST END OF THE ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY SUITE# 202ALSO HAD SEVERAL CODE VIOLATIONS
 :
 (1) STORAGE IN THE STAIRWELL
 (2) ELECTRIC PANELS AT EACH FLOOR LEVEL
 (3) NO APPROVED EXIT LIGHTING, OR DIRECTIONAL
 SIGNS
 (4) THE EXIT DOOR ALSO SWINGS OUT OVER THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
 (5) IT APPEARS THERE IS ALSO PLUMBING IN THE
 STAIRWELL.
