 B) FRENCH DOORS. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE FL-253 AND CORRESPONDING NOA NO 02-0701.12
 WHICH IS THE ONE SUBMITTED FOR FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
 C) PRECAST LINTELS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 D) ROOF TILE.
 E) FLAT ROOF SYSTEM. NOTE: CLEARLY IDENTIFY SPECIFIC
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED. CHECK IF SELECTED
 ASSEBLY IS LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 OR #9. SEE
 GENERAL LIMITATIONS ON LAST PAGE OF NOA AND PROVIDE
 REQUIRED INFORMATION.
 F) ALL USP OR SIMPSON CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
