 AND ONLY THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE OF THE DESIGN OF
 THE PRODUCT IS ALLOWED TO SIGN AND SEAL IT.

 WRITTING BY DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. BUCK
 ENGINEERING STAMP ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION TO
 SHOW ENGINEER'S APPROVAL.STAMP DOESN'T IDENTIFY WHAT
