 COMPANY SINCE 1998.THE MATTER HAS BEEN
 FORWARDED TO THE FLORIDA BOARD OF
 ARCHITECTS.PLEASE EITHER REVISE THE
 PLANS TO INCLUDE THE COMPANY NAME WITH
 AN ARCHITECT BUSINESS LICENSE NUMBER OR
 REMOVE THE COMPANY NAME FROM THE PLANS.
